LawImmunity ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This
Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your
information when you use our LawImmunity mobile application ("App"). Please read
this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this
privacy policy, please do not access the App.

any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated"
date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this

may collect via the App depends on the content and materials you use, and

2.1 Personal Data When you register an account, we collect:

 * Your phone number or information provided through OAuth login

 * Names and contact information of your nominated trusted contacts ("nominees")

2.2 Derivative Data Our servers automatically collect information when you
access the App, including:

 * Access times

 * Pages viewed directly before and after accessing the App

device with your permission. This information is shared only with your nominees
when you have location sharing enabled.

2.5 Video and Audio Data When you use our live recording feature, we collect:

 * Audio recordings This data is shared only with your nominees during live
   streaming sessions.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth,
efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information
collected about you via the App to:

 * Create and manage your account

 * Deliver targeted notifications to your nominees about your location and live
   streams

 * Compile anonymous statistical data for use internally or with third parties

 * Increase the efficiency and operation of the App

 * Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App

 * Notify you of updates to the App

 * Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems

you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential
violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of

4.2 Third-Party Service Providers We may share your information with third-party
service providers to:

 * Facilitate our App functionality (Google, Firebase)

 * Provide user analytics (UXCam)

 * Send notifications (WhatsApp)

4.3 Nominees Your location data and live video/audio streams are shared only
with the nominees you have designated within the App.

 5. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect
your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the
personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our
efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data
transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

 6. Options Regarding Your Information

6.1 Account Information You may at any time review or change the information in
your account or terminate your account by:

 * Logging into your account settings and updating your account

 * Contacting us using the contact information provided below

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your
account and information from our active databases. However, some information may
be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with
any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal
requirements.

6.2 Location Data You can choose whether or not to allow the App to collect and
use real-time information about your device's location through the device's
privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some parts of
the App may become inaccessible or not function properly.

 7. California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our App that are
California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of
personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To
